I had 2 separate tests scheduled, but I knew there was going to be an issue since I made the appointments at 2 separate time (12 and 12:40). I tried calling quest to arrange accordingly, but it seems as though there are no options to speak to a live human being. I detest when companies do this, since it is an apparent monetary decision trumping customer service. Anyway, I went to my appointment and sure enough, the 2nd test was not administered and now I need to waste my time coming back for a second visit. You need to have live customer support - that is the only way to have solved my issue (now I am wasting my time). I u destined the option you have chosen is more financially feasible (since you do not have to hire employees to take live call), but it speaks volumes about you subpar business practices. Shameful.

Quest diagnostics on Dempster Street is a great place to go and get a blood draw. It is extremely important to make an appointment in advance at their online website. They are very very busy at this location and I heard from the staff that 95% of the time they do not take any walk-ins because the schedule is completely full. That is not their fault, they probably should take "walk-ins accepted" off their website. The staff were very professional and it was very easy to log in and check in using their online app. This office is on the second floor of a kind of old school professional building on Dempster right across the street from Lutheran general hospital.

I've gone here a couple of times now and had a great experience. I have a history of passing out and getting dizzy during blood test. Here the employees found a nice comfortable bed to lay on. Everytime I go here I don't pass out.

This is one of the best labs I’ve been to in a long time. They’re fast and efficient, but YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! The staff is awesome, one very nice man works there and is the best phlebotomist ever! I’ve been there three times. People come as walk ins and get rude to the staff, but the lab has rules and a system and require an appointment. Like most medical visits, an appointment is required, but other than that, they’re great at this location!

I set up an appointment through the Quest diagnostics website while in the parking lot and was seen within 10 minutes. Had my blood drawn by Monica and was out within 5 minutes! She was great, it was fast and painless. (Drink a bottle of water beforehand!!!)
