Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription (Professional, Premium, or Enterprise), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription or plan upgrade. No questions asked.

What Qualifies for a Refund

  • Initial subscription within the past 7 days
  • Plan upgrade within the past 7 days (refund of the difference)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges (any time)
  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours during your billing period

What Does Not Qualify

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase or renewal
  • Per-lead fees for qualified leads already delivered
  • Dissatisfaction with lead quality (leads are matched based on your profile; improving your profile improves lead quality)
  • Failure to use the Service during the subscription period

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@getstatimaging.com with your account email and reason for the request.
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

After a Refund

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately upon refund approval.
  • Your listing reverts to the free tier.
  • Your profile data is preserved — you can re-subscribe at any time.
  • Any leads received during the refunded period remain accessible in your dashboard.
