DATA SERVICES
Check what was done, what was billed and what was paid.
Independent checks on the billing, interfaces and security of imaging providers.
For portable x-ray and mobile imaging operators, and for independent imaging centers. Each engagement is an assessment and a written plan.
BILLING REVIEWS
What was done, billed and paid, line by line.
Portable x-ray billing review
Each trip and exam, tied to the claims and payments behind it. The review checks the transport fee split, set-up, Part A nursing home stays, orders and payer status.
What the review checksImaging center billing review
The exams in your RIS, matched to charges and payments. The review sorts denials, underpayments and old receivables.
What the review checksINTERFACE AND SECURITY
The engines and systems that carry the data.
Interface check-up
For sites on Mirth Connect 4.5.2 or another HL7 engine: channels, versions, exposure, and whether orders, images, reports and claims agree. A written report and a move plan.
What the check-up coversSecurity risk analysis for imaging sites
The risk analysis HIPAA's Security Rule requires, for an imaging site: PACS and RIS exposure, remote and vendor access, interfaces, backups and access controls. A written analysis and a ranked fix list.
What the analysis coversBoth are assessments. Nothing on your systems is changed under them; a move or a fix is a separate agreement, if you want one.

How it works
- 1A free benchmark from public Medicare data, if you run portable x-ray.
- 2A 20-minute call.
- 3A fixed-fee engagement under a signed agreement. A business associate agreement is signed before any patient data is shared.
- 4A written report. For a billing review: each issue, the claims affected, the dollars at risk and the fix. For an interface or security engagement: the findings and a ranked plan.
Each review has a fixed fee, quoted after the call. Fees are never a percentage of collections.
Nothing is sold on this site. Reviews are contracted separately, under a signed agreement.
What we need
Exports you already have:
- A trip or dispatch log.
- Claims and payment files.
- An exam list from your RIS.
- For an interface or security engagement: read-only access, or an export.
Scoping can start from counts alone.
What we don’t do
- Bill on your behalf.
- Take referral fees from billing companies, software vendors or engine vendors.
- Change, upgrade or migrate a system under an assessment.
- Read images, or judge clinical or physics work.
- Give legal advice.
How we make sure the review is right
- Every check is tested on synthetic data with planted errors before it runs on yours. See a sample review.
- Every rule cites the Medicare manual, regulation or contractor article it comes from.
- Every finding lists the claim lines behind it, so your staff can check it.
- We don't bill for anyone or take referral fees, so we have no stake in the result.
- A signed agreement before we start; a business associate agreement before any patient data.
