Listing is free

There is no paid plan. We withdrew our subscriptions rather than keep charging for features we had not built.

What a free listing includes

All of it. There is no tier above this one.

  • A listing in the directory, searchable by service, city, state and ZIP
  • Your services and coverage area on your profile
  • Service requests from facilities, routed by coverage and service match
  • Claim your listing and manage it yourself
  • The NPI Verified badge, once your NPI is confirmed against the CMS registry

Founding providers

A small group, working with us while we prove the leads are worth having.

What you get

Free placement, and every lead we can route to you in your counties at no charge. If we cannot yet send you leads, we will say so rather than sell you a subscription against the possibility.

What we ask

Tell us honestly whether what we send is worth having — which leads were real, which were noise, and what would have made them useful. That feedback is the point of the programme.

What it costs

Nothing. No card, no trial, no auto-renewal, and no obligation to buy anything later. We will not charge an existing listing without a new agreement you actively accept.

What happens next

When we do set pricing, we intend to set it with this group rather than for it, and to charge for a delivered outcome rather than for access.

Goes to a person, not an autoresponder sequence.

What changed on 31 July 2026

We removed the Professional ($99/month), Premium ($249/month) and Enterprise plans, and the per-lead fees of $15 to $50 that this page described as an active charge.

An audit of every promise attached to those prices found that most of them were not true. Photo galleries, search-appearance tracking, API access, custom reporting and a dedicated account manager had never been built. Per-lead billing had never been implemented at all, so no provider was ever charged one — but this page said otherwise, and so did our terms.

Rather than quietly correct the wording, we stopped selling. The directory is free, and stays free until we can show that what we deliver is worth paying for.

If you subscribed at any point and have a question about it, email billing@getstatimaging.com and a person will answer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a listing cost?

Nothing. Every provider listing is free, and there is currently no paid plan of any kind. The Professional and Premium subscriptions were withdrawn on 31 July 2026 because they promised features the product did not deliver.

Am I charged per lead?

No. No provider has ever been charged a lead fee and no billing path exists to charge one. Earlier versions of this page and our terms described a per-lead fee of $15 to $50. That was never implemented, and the language has been removed.

Will you charge for this later?

Probably, once we can show that the leads we deliver are worth paying for. We would rather charge for a delivered outcome than for a subscription. Nothing will ever be charged to an existing listing without a new agreement you actively accept.

What is the founding provider programme?

Free placement and free leads for a small number of providers, in exchange for honest feedback on what we send you. There is no fee, no card, no trial and no obligation, and no commitment to buy anything later. When we do set pricing, we intend to set it with the providers in this group rather than for them.

How does verification work?

We check your organisation’s NPI against the CMS NPPES registry automatically and re-check it on a rolling ~90-day cycle. The badge is granted by that check alone — there is no human review step. The badge means the NPI is active and matches the listing. It is not evidence of Medicare enrolment, ARRT certification, state licensure, HIPAA compliance or OIG exclusion screening — those are reported by the provider and are not verified by us.

Does paying affect my ranking?

It cannot. Listings are ordered by whether the provider has an active NPI in the CMS registry, and beyond that arbitrarily — we have no quality signal that would justify ranking one above another. Subscription tier is excluded from every ordering and scoring path, and that exclusion is pinned by tests so it cannot be reintroduced quietly.
