These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stat Imaging website and services at getstatimaging.com (the "Service"), operated by Stat Imaging LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Provider Listings

Directory Listings

Provider profiles in our directory are initially created from publicly available data sources including the CMS National Provider Identifier (NPI) registry and Google Places. This information is publicly accessible and does not require provider consent to display.

Claiming a Listing

  • Providers may claim their listing to gain editing control over their profile.
  • Claiming requires verification of your identity and association with the listed company.
  • You represent that you have authority to act on behalf of the listed company.
  • All information you add to a claimed profile must be accurate and current.

Data Accuracy

  • Providers are responsible for the accuracy of information on their claimed profile.
  • We reserve the right to flag, correct, or remove information that appears inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of our policies.
  • Providers must update their profile within 30 days of any material change (coverage area, services, credentials, contact information).

3. Facility Terms

  • Facility accounts may search the directory, submit service requests, and review providers at no cost.
  • Service requests are shared with matched providers. We do not guarantee provider availability, response times, or service quality.
  • Reviews must be based on actual service experiences. Fraudulent, defamatory, or compensated reviews are prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Basic provider listings are free and include directory visibility, service request leads, and profile management.

Paid Plans

  • Paid subscriptions (Professional, Premium, Enterprise) are billed monthly.
  • Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

Per-Lead Fees

  • Providers on applicable plans may be charged a per-lead fee when receiving qualified service requests.
  • A "qualified lead" is a service request from a verified facility that matches your coverage area and services.
  • Lead fees are non-refundable once the lead has been delivered.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription or upgrade. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • Upon cancellation, your listing reverts to the free tier. No data is deleted.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Claim a listing for a company you do not represent
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download directory data
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security
  • Impersonate another user, company, or entity
  • Post defamatory, harassing, or illegal content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Stat Imaging LLC. Provider-submitted content remains the property of the respective provider. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of provider listings, the availability of providers, the quality of services rendered by providers, or uninterrupted access to the Service.

We are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical services, medical advice, or diagnostic imaging. We are a directory platform that connects facilities and patients with independent mobile imaging providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stat Imaging LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from provider service quality, lead quality, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stat Imaging LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New Jersey.
  • You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Stat Imaging LLC.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
