Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Stat Imaging. This page explains what gets deleted, the process, and the timeline.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to privacy@getstatimaging.com with:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Whether you want full account deletion or partial data removal
  • Any specific data you want deleted (if partial)

What Gets Deleted

Full Account Deletion

  • User account: Email, password hash, account settings
  • Profile data (claimed providers): All information you added to your profile — description, logo, photos, response times, credentials
  • Facility data: Facility name, contact details, service request history
  • Saved providers and searches
  • Reviews you've written
  • Newsletter subscription

What Is NOT Deleted

  • NPI-sourced provider data: Information sourced from the CMS NPI Registry (company name, NPI number, state) is public data and remains in the directory as an unclaimed listing.
  • Google-sourced data: Google ratings and reviews sourced from Google Places are public data and remain displayed.
  • Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data cannot be traced back to you and is not deleted.
  • Legal/audit records: Records required for legal compliance or active disputes may be retained.

Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: Within 2 business days of your request
  • Processing: Deletion completed within 30 days
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete
  • Backup purge: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged

After Deletion

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated
  • You will no longer be able to sign in
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled and prorated
  • If you had a claimed provider listing, it reverts to an unclaimed NPI-sourced listing
  • You may create a new account in the future, but previous data cannot be restored

Partial Deletion

If you want to keep your account but remove specific data (for example, remove your phone number or delete a review), specify the data in your request and we will process it accordingly.
