Outstanding! I filled put paperwork in advance but still showed up early. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Provider was also friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I was in and out before my appointment time. I ran into a friend as she was leaving and she also commented on how quickly she was able to take care of her business too.

I had a great experience at Az diagnostic. The young lady who performed my test went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained exactly how the test would proceed, which really helped ease my nerves. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out. I really like A.D, I walked right in and didn't have to fill out a million pieces of paper work. Very clean and my wait was not long. The Rep where Very nice with smiles and welcoming. My Tech was nice also. Overall it's a Five for me. Thank you for your warm welcome.
