Absolutely terrible. Went in for a Cleerly Heart Scan, the appointment was over 45 minutes late to begin and the entire office was pure chaos. I was put in hallway with a needle stuck in, open on my air waiting for my scan. Once I got into the scan, the AI imaging failed several times. Once it was finished, I left only to get a message a few days later saying the whole scan failed and I could either come back or get a refund. I accepted the refund - 2 months later I've had to call weekly to inquire and just keep getting the same answer and to date ZERO refund or resolution on a $1600 scan. This place is ran terrible, unclean, and unprofessional.

2 cancelled MRI appointments within 48 hours due to equipment failure. staff is rude, misrepresented the problem and booked the 2nd appointment hoping? the issue was resolved, placing their profit over patient service. do not trust this facility with your care.

They don't know what to do. They are rude, All of them, manager never replied, they justified that is holidays so I don't know why they open if they are not ready to serve. They make you wrong for everything. They promised they will send the data to the insurance and 4 days after not including holidays or weekends they didn't do that yet. They don't even have the correct information, someone tells you one thing and other tells you another one. You will never know who is lying or the system is broke or they don't know what to do. A lady that her name starts with Yol... Hang up on me. The worst experience ever when I need help with my heart, is not a finger when I can live without one but the heart? The front desk don't even say hi. Just: " are you checking in?"

Dealing with this company has been nothing short of horrendous. We were going to bring my 88-year old father who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's/dementia to get a scan here. We then decided not to because the confirmation makes no difference in treatment for him. My phone number was on the paperwork and they had been directly asked not to contact him. They have called him multiple times, relentlessly, confusing him every time resulting in us having to calm him down for hours. I have called and called them and left multiple voicemails asking that they contact me, explaining that they are confusing and upsetting him every time they call. I have directly asked *multiple* times that they do not contact him directly. No one calls me back. And they continue to call him. This company is despicable. Dealing with one of the most vulnerable populations ever & do not care whatsoever how they are impacting them. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stay away.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the way we were treated deserves to be called out. A family member had to reschedule an appointment due to an unexpected hospital admission, and the people answering the phones were unbelievably rude. They cut us off mid-sentence, acted as if we were an inconvenience, and even hung up the phone while we were trying to thank them. There was zero compassion, zero professionalism, and frankly, zero basic decency.
