Dr Lynch and his staff have been a blessing we moved here in 2018 and have been extremely happy with him and Staff. Dr Lynch has returned calls on Saturdays, prescribed medication over the phone, followed up and even was ready to meet my wife on Sat at the office. I can not speak highly enough of his professional attitude, care for his patients, combined with his very personable personality we consider ourselves lucky to have found him.

I am very pleased with Dr. Lynch and his associates. Every one working at this establishment, are hardworking and dedicated to their jobs. They are kind and helpful. Dr. Lynch is very knowledgeable, he knows what the problems are without ordering a lot of tests. He is kind and cares about his patients. I recommend him to anyone in need of a good Dr.

Since moving to New Bern NC from North Charlotte, naturally I was concerned about the health care, through the change. I'm so impressed with the customer service and awesome visits. This team makes my life so much easier. Dr. Lynch and the whole staff is perfect.

I had a Care2U as my PCP office for about a year, and while they were not unprofessional, they also did not do much to help treat my chronic illnesses or find specialists that could help me. When my the doctor I had been seeing left, I met with their new doctor after I was hospitalized due to dehydration. He was rude, unprofessional, and did everything but straight up cuss me out. He wouldn't listen to me when I talked to him about my body. He sent me to the ER because he refused to help me in-office, and the ER sent me back to him saying it was his job to help me! When I returned with the information from the ER, he basically said that he refused to treat me. They also had made me wait for hours until I was the LAST patient of the day before seeing the doctor, so that anything that transpired would not have been seen by other patients. When the doctor finally did see me, he was harsh, rude, told me he didn't want to treat me, talked down to me, and, as I said, did practically everything except straight up cuss me out. At this point, I was upset, crying and feeling miserable! The doctor left hurriedly when he saw me get upset, and then the "office manager" entered. She berated me (while I was crying!) for questioning the doctor and told me to stop crying, and when I tried to explain my frustration and why I was upset she brushed me off and told me "not to even go there." Ultimately, my GI specialist (a doctor who is NOT supposed to be providing me urgent care) treated my condition and when I told the office manager that he would be prescribing me the help I needed she snapped at us and said "well why didn't you go to him in the first place?" I thought it was obvious that I had simply been following the other doctor's advice, been thrown back and forth between the ER and my PCP, NOBODY had told me to talk to my specialist about it and my GI doctor was APPALLED at how I was treated! For months afterwards, I was without a PCP and kept ending up in the ER due to dehydration related to my GI symptoms. It's taken nearly half a year to recover, physically, from the lack of action from this doctor. But psychologically, I will forever struggle to trust any doctor with my life. Maybe this office is good if you are a "typical" patient, without complex health conditions, but I would never recommend this doctor's office to anybody I love or care about. Additionally, I have read the other reviews here and see that, sadly, I am not the first patient that they have treated with such lack of empathy, but I hope this review will help prevent other people from being treated so terribly by this office in the future.
