Scheduling is absolutely horrible here they will wait to the last minute to tell you there's something wrong with your appointment. Then find out they are just incompetent and are trying to reschedule your appointment cuz their incompetence. This happens every single time not just a one time thing. Also the run around with their call system is absolutely ridiculous then when you get a number to a real person they don't even answer. Highly recommend asking your doctor to send you somewhere else even if it's a longer wait or a bit farther this site is not worth it at all.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Scam of a place! Will overcharge the estimate every time. NO results, yet I get a bill and a staph infection! RUN- FAST!!!

I had gone to the bend office over by goodwill. I was nervous I was having an MRI so when I got there I was taken outside to the mobile office and this man that was going to do the MRI was not the friendly kind at all. He was very abrupt and talked to me real loud he talked no chit chat at all just very business like not friendly what so ever. He was having a hard time finding a vein and poked me about 5 or 6 times before he called a lady in from the office to do it she was real nice did not talk loud at me and did not feel the poke and she got it first time she was a hero. I go back tomorrow fir a mammogram and hope I don't get the same guy. people are nervous going in those places as it is it's just nice to have someone be nice and friendly to take your mind off of what is happening. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here from the moment I walked in. The man behind the counter checking me in was extremely welcoming and cheerful. Having a pelvic ultrasound done is not a pleasant experience, but my tech made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. She explained everything she was doing and was very calming throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hands down a 5 star experience.

Instead of sending me a bill for my mammogram that was done this January, they just sent it straight to collections. Honestly Cascade Imaging! I always pay my bills the minute I receive them. Why would you assume that turning me over to a collection agency would be better? SHAME ON YOU! I can't "take my business elsewhere" as you are the only ones in our area. But it's quite obvious that you know this so can treat your patients this way. This is the first time in my life I have ever been turned over to a collection agency!
