I was just driven off the I-90 west exit ramp on Armitage by a CIMPAR truck. (12:55 pm- Chicago, IL) The driver then proceeded to speed up and honk at me the entire time like I was at fault. Mind you I’m definitely one of the safest Chicago drivers there are, but still a Chicago driver nonetheless. So I wasn’t driving under speed limit or unmindful of other vehicles around me. I just wanted to say something as this seems to be medical transport and I fear for the safety of anyone in that car- EVER.

It is obvious they do not care about their patients anymore, just ways to make money. Ever since Covid happened, they have put more focus on getting city contracts than taking care of their patients

The office staff in particular the MA or assistant. Whom ever answered the phone (2/12/24 @ 11:05 am please listen to this call) is very unprofessional and does not have the appropriate customer service skills to communicate with patients. She does not forward messages in a timely manner to the practitioner if she does at all. She will avoid answering the phone if she sees the caller ID, and she gives misguided information. My son needed blood work done and she says he needed to stop eating the night before @ 7pm to avoid me bringing him in on that day, she does not respect patients and should not be employed @ this location with this company.

I gave been a patient for 15 plus years but in the last 2 years service sucks in the last 9 months I have been having issues getting rx refilled , talking to anyone in the office they don’t return calls to other doctors, pharmacist or their patients and it has nothing to do with Covid it’s a staff they don’t know what they are doing . I mean you cannot even leave a message the inept medial assistant never has room on her phone , I
