IF THERE WAS LITERALLY ANY OTHER HEALTHCARE SYSREM LOCALLY, I WOULD USE THAT ONE. CMH, as a system is incompetent at its very best. At its worst, it’s rude, incompetent, and dangerous. And it is 100% the administration branch. They have great doctors and nurses… but it is run like a circus stacked on a remedial kindergarten class. Every time I try to do the simplest thing through their billing department (this time it was just getting an FSA receipt, something hospital billing departments should be intimately familiar with), they either have no idea what very common things are or screw something up horrifically. Also, they have got to be the only medical facility that doesn’t email receipts. They said they either have to use snail mail or orb you have to go in person.

Spent some time in the ED @ CMH Hospital in Boliver. Outside of being treated in the hall next to the nurse's station, (not uncommon) the staff was awesome, the care was thorough, and the provider was timely. I was told that they were in the process of adding more beds to the ED, the staff were excited about the progress. My experience was excellent and I would recommend.

Was seen in the ER last weekend. It was the fastest visit I've experienced in my many trips to the CMH ER. The Dr. and Nurse Andrew and EMT Chris McAntire treated my quickly , professionally and we're very very polite. EMT Chris was right there if I had a need , he explained clearly everything they were going to do and was absolutely Exceptional along with Nurse Andrew. Awesome Job!!

Best ER in Southern Missouri. Most friendliest nurses, drs and lab technicians. Clint is an amazing traveling nurse. The best in the in the country. Never met anyone who could calm any situation down and put a smile on it. Enjoyed our conversations as he had to poke and prod me for the duration… but I never felt I was being poked or prodded at any given time because he is good at what he does. Nurse Melissa and lab technicians Meghan were superb too. Davis who checked me in did everything he could to make me comfortable when I arrived. Highly recommend for your emergency needs!

I had to go to ER on 11/05/25 and the service was incredibly good. Very polite and thorough. Dr. Steven Motarjeme was one of the most down to earth doctors I have been around in an ER in a very long time. His bedside mannor was awesome. The staff was very nice too. This was my first visit to this hospital and I was impressed. Thank you to all the staff .
