Horrible experience trying to receive ultrasound service from this company. A technician was supposed to contact me for an appt time for Saturday. No one did so I called Sat morning, I was told the tech would call me in 15 mins to schedule. No one called I called several more times with no helpful information and all attitude. During the last call at 5:44pm I was then told "By law for us to serve a patient the y must be bed ridden and therefore unable to leave, therefore we can show up when we are available and do not need to have a set appt time. Your mothers orders were sent as a regular ultrasound and not stat, therefore all stat patient orders will come before your mother. She will be placed on the schedule for Sunday after all stat patients have been handled." 6pm was there cut off time for home visits, the man stated if mother's order were stat she wouldn't get pushed back. So I called the doctor to have the orders changed and even then they did not call on Sunday and never showed up. They are literally the rudest healthcare customer service I have ever experienced in the 24 yrs that I have been my mother's full time caregiver.

Excellent place. Clear communications, quick to respond and very reasonably priced, particularly because we are 40 minutes away with no traffic...and there's always traffic. The owner came out with a trainee to give an EKG to my loved one who lives with her in a memory care. He was very kind to her. I highly recommend them.
