I have had nothing but great experiences at the Pelham medical offices at Five Forks. From the time I walk in to the time I leave I have felt that it’s a genuine concern for me as a patient. From checking in, to the nurses and techs, Dr. Al, And to all those who assist in all the imaging departments, it has been a great experience. Thank you all for a job well done and for making me feel comfortable during my appointment!!!

I went to Pelham Medical Center at Five Forks in Simpsonville, SC last week for a CT scan. I do not know that I have ever been treated more kindly and warmly than I was by Amgela and then Charmaine who each work there. Everything I needed to know was carefully explained to me. Each step of what I was to undergo and how my body might react, such as to the intravenous dye being used, was thoroughly described for me. And all my questions were fully answered. The entire process went smoothly and was handled efficiently with no wasted time. I was surprised at how quickly it was all done, from arrival to walking back out to the parking lot. The location has easy access and very convenient free parking. I highly recomment this facility and the exceptional staff who worked with me and took me through the process of getting my CT.

Superior orthopedic care from the front office to completion of my MRI. I am going to name each staff member that helped me along the way as they all deserve praise for their excellence.Angela M. Pas for being the very first person who greeted me an interviewed me with confidence and a beautiful smile. In radiology it was Gina, Emily, and Angela in radiology. Had a wonderful experience today ay Pelham Medical Five Forks Imaging Department. Check in with John was quick and efficient. John was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Pat, who did my ultrasound could not have been nicer or more professional. She explained exactly what she would be doing, noises I could expect and was concerned for my comfort throughout the entire procedure. KUDOS to both John and Pat as well as Pelham Medical Center Five Forks.
