After having two tears, and a detached retina surgery, my eye developed a cataract. The cataract surgery at Conway Regional went off without a hitch. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hospital was clean, and the surgery was completely painless. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again.

I took my mother here for 2 X-rays of her lungs. I dropped her by to go to my apt real quick. She had paper in her hand that said Amanda pitman her Dr is ordering 2 X-rays of lungs for shortness of breath. I got to my apt and and seen 8 was at the wrong place cause I see two cardiologist. So I went back to Conway regional to get my mother. I go to admissions I ask where would my mother go if she's having 2 x rays of lungs. They led me to the X-ray radiology area I asked the radiologist at the window with my mother Rita Williams was in there she looked on the computer and said she's not checked in here she's checked in at SOS outpatient I gave them my mom's right birthday to find her and they led me to the wrong place she was admitted to the wrong place. wrong area btw. She was checked in there but she was hooked up to an IV fluids going into her body. They were about to give my mother neurological meds for her brain. My mom's arm band said Rita Williams but the birthday was wrong. They just checked her in even tho her paper said Rita Williams and the right bday. They checked her in as Rita Williams with the wrong day. My mom didn't think they would be wrong cause her order said the right info so she thought they would look and go by this paper. The nurse said she had a different procedure today. I said no she don't . And she didn't if I wouldn't have got upset they would have kept her there giving her this medicine well the nurse looked at her chart and said oh she's not registered here today.

Botched epidural was not working and when I tried to tell them something was wrong they would not listen I begged them for hours to help me and they kept acting like I was lieing or something insane the doctors are good but the nurses are not good at all there was one good nurse in post partum but they all kept tell me different stuff they only kept trying to give me Tylenol after birth no matter how much I begged for relief. I had a prescription morphine but it was such a small dose and it was very hard to get a nurse to give it to me they kept saying try the Tylenol first no matter how much I tried it first and every time my nurse came to check me for dilation he kept saying he couldn't check me cause my uterus was high and it was very painful with no pain management and nobody to listen or care what I was going threw do not have a baby here if you want any pain management you will be on your own they like to crank up The pitocin but not give you any pain medicine they're always in a rush trying to force it to come out but lazy and don't want to do their job. They kept moving rooms because they were to full and almost immediately after birth i was moved to postpartum room then moved again there is no time to rest or heal and the nurses are very rude and not experienced at all.

Good hospitality or just finding people who enjoy their jobs is hard to find now a days but let me tell you how amazing Conway regional labor and delivery department was. I came in for a scheduled induction. Right off the bat the lady at the front desk was kinda and helped us get started and to our room. Once in our room I meet my first nurse, Jennifer. She was my nurse Sunday evening to sometime early Monday! She was so kind and so attentive. I was laboring for 22 hours before deciding to do a c-section. All the nurses I had throughout Monday were literally so amazing! Bailey, the anesthesiologist was also so kind. He explained everything to me from getting the epidural to getting the medicine for the c-section. If you are worried or have any doubts, please don’t. As a black women and as it was my first pregnancy/labor, it was great all because of the staff here. Not to mention Dr.Sick is an AMAZING OB! She made me feel so safe and comfortable, even my husband felt so secure.

I was referred here because both the specialists I see are out until next week and my pcp suggested going here. Please don't go here if you're having GI or heart issues. I wasted 8 hours, went home feeling significantly worse than when I got out. I can't make it through another 8 hour wait, so going back isn't an option here. I use the clinics here, and they are great. I am extremely, extremely, majorly disappointed in their ER. This was the first and hopefully the last time I have to go there. I don't go to the ER often, unless it is severe. They saw a problem on CT, that with my history could, and has in the past, caused a life threatening emergency. They sent me home saying to come back if things got worse. By 4am I was vomiting again at home. It has now been 5 days without solid food, and not being able to hold down even liquids. I can't make it to my bathroom without assistance at this point. I also have heart rhythm problems that I mentioned were getting worse. No EKG or even stethoscope was used. I also noticed they missed a possible UTI, which can also cause problems. When I called and inquired about it, they said there wasn't one despite a pretty moderate amount of red blood cells being present. The staff was kind, they asked if I wanted a second opinion. At that point I was done, I had been there for 8 hours only to be met with exasperated doctors that don't understand how serious this is or how much pain and extreme exhaustion I was fighting just to get there. I am beyond disappointed. Lesson learned.
