Had a very bad experience trying to schedule my ct scan on 2 occasions they called me to say my procedure was approved and then on the day of the procedure they told me it was not approved but ge t this NO ONE CALLED ME I HAD TO CALL THANK GOD I DID I WOULD HAVE DRUK THE CONTRAST AND TURNED UP PLS let people know when you cancel someone

Never again. The folks at the place were lovely, the technician was very nice, the place was clean. But the billing is ATTROCIOUS. 5 months and they won't submit the bill to the correct insurance address (you know the one on the insurance card I gave them). I even had the insurance call them with me. All they said was that patient is responsible for the bill. 6 months later, 7 phone calls and still they have not submitted to the insurance. AND i found out last week they never even sent the results to my doctors office! When i called about that, rude girl was like what's the doctors fax number. No sorry no responsibility to their error. NEVER again. What a hassle for a routine mammogram.

I did not wait long. The staff were welcoming. The assistant giving the test explained everything as she was performing artery test. Very pleasant. Going back for my mamogram

I was a walk in and the receptionist took care of me right away. She was also training another receptionist. She handled her multitasking well. While in the room to be tested the tech (Robert) was very sweet. He explained the procedure step by step and made me feel totally comfortable. I'm definitely going back if needed.
