I've been going to Dr. Lang for 30 years now. Hands down, he's the best! Always caring about test results and explaining them in layman terms to me. Always working with me to prescribe the right meds to obtain the best health for me. I am very grateful to Dr. Lang for keeping me healthy!

I am very disheartened and torn at having to write this review but I feel the honest truth needs to be shared when it comes to medical providers. The positive: I absolutely loved Rachel's approach to care and I genuinely felt like she was the first doctor to actually take the time to listen and address my concerns. The negatives: I felt like the support staff was rude and demeaning anytime I spoke to them on the phone or sent a message through the portal. I had issues trying to log onto my virtual appointment and they were very short and dismissive when I inquired about a link or how I would log on (keep in mind this was also my very first virtual appointment). This virtual visit was also rescheduled about 4 different times, each time I had to call in and was told she's unavailable and a new time and date was set. I would get a call a few days later with the same message about her being unavailable and it needing to be rescheduled. I could see one appointment maybe two needing to be rescheduled, but anymore than that isn't acceptable. The final breaking point with this practice, and now has me seeking a new provider, is how unprofessional today's visit went (or didn't). I scheduled this appointment last month with some concerns over some possible side effects I had been having with some new medications. My appointment was set for 2PM today and I had made arrangements to leave work early and make the 40 minute drive (I work in Plainfield) to get these concerns addressed. A little after 12:30 today I missed a call from the office and a voicemail was left. I was unable to listen to it at the time because I was working.The office called me again at 12:50 and I was able to pick up this time. A young lady asked if I was able to come in early and I questioned how early. She said as soon as I could make it in. There was no reasoning or explanation for this call or why they would ask for me to come in early. I said yes I could leave work in a few and head that way..BUT I was driving from Plainfield and it would be about 40 minutes or so. She asked me for a time and I said between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. She said ok and hung up. I leave work early, get there around 1:45, and check in with no issues. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes until I continued to see other patients enter and leave before getting up and questioning the receptionist as to why it's taking so long. She said she would check for me and got up to head to the back to speak with I assume the doctor or her team. I took my seat again and waited patiently only for her to return a few minutes later and sit down next to me. She essentially said the team called and asked me to come in at 1:30 and I checked in at 1:45. I explained the entire conversation I had with the lady on the phone and asked if that mean't they wouldn't see me and she nodded. I could tell she felt bad and she offered to reschedule my appointment but how does that fix things? How is it appropriate to call a patient less than an hour before their appointment and ask them to come in early, have them leave work early, check in and sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes before finding out you won't be seen. I was 15 minutes early to my SCHEDULED appointment time. It's also widely known by the staff, lab techs, and other patients that it's a hot mess back there. Even the lab patients in the waiting room had been given wrong instructions (not told to fast when they should have) and the technician wasn't even aware of one test because it was sent to another lab in error. To sum it up..save yourself the trouble and find a different practice. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and scheduled appointments are not honored! EDITED TO ADD: Not only did I NOT see anyone today. They were so kind and sent an office summary visit to me as if they did. I will be placing a call into them and my insurance company tomorrow because it now seems they will attempt to bill my insurance and charge me a copay.

This office and specifically DanaMoore blatantly lied to me. I tried to get a mole addressed on my face. They assured me I wouldn’t be charged out of pocket at all. low and behold I get a $75 charge after they charge my insurance even more. I called them to let them know they originally indicated I would be charged nothing out-of-pocket. They could simply could not care less and refused to refund me my money for providing absolutely no service other than giving me a piece of paper showing me other local places I could get my issue addressed cosmetically for astronomical amounts of money. I told them I would be leaving their practice permanently. They could care less and joyously asked me if I needed my paperwork to take to another place.. DO NOT trust these thieves in liars with your health or your money. They simply do not care and would rather tell you And your health to kick rocks over $75 The secretary at the front desk was almost joyous I wouldn’t be coming back. It didn’t even phase them that I would be reporting them. They just said “okkayyy OK bye”

Dr Lang and his team are wonderful. Knowledgeable about state of the art medicine along with kind and compassionate care from Dr Lang and every member of his staff. I recommend this practice without reservation.
