Evergreen Valley Medical

My old doctor here always gave me a ekg annually, as well as some other tests and the flu shot. His replacement Dr Iqubal hasn't even offered and when I questioned it said not needed Really?? Looking for new primary care doctor as this one provides me with NO comfort level!!

I always pick a new doctor based on reviews. Dr. Shahab Mohiuddan will be my doctor til he retires and I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor. He is kind, caring and you will be completely at ease with him.

Pleasent reception staff, but the nurses and doctors are where it's at! Super sweet and considerate and willing to work with you. Good covid precautions too!

I came in here the other day and I was confused on where to go as soon as I stepped into the building. I went up to the desk and was met with rudeness and harshness. The lady at the desk asked the obligatory questions of "how can I help you?" and "name" with such snottiness and rudeness that I did not want to do business here. Come to find out I went to the the wrong area of the building and she snapped at me saying that what I wanted was down a hall that looked more like staff offices than anything. Other people around me even commented on her attitude! I wish I had gotten her name to write a formal complaint because her attitudes and behaviors is completely unacceptable for a business that works interactively with people.
