I got a same day appointment, got seen on time, and was out again in less than 30 minutes for my routine mammogram. All the staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The facility is comfortable and clean. Altogether the best medical appointment experience possible. Definitely recommend.

I was scheduled for 3 different "tests" in one day at my request. Jenny scheduled them one after the other. It was perfect l was out of the office in less than 2.5 hours. I highly recommend Houston Medical Imaging Global for your needs they do it all.

I had a wonderful experience with the team that helped me out today. It was my first time doing a mammogram and ultrasound and I was a little nervous, but I was handled with a lot of care. Thank you Kathy with my mammogram, she was lovely and made it so easy. Wish I knew the ladies’ names that did my ultrasound, but they were professional and made me feel very comfortable.

I like this place . Everyone is very professional, efficient and kind here. You don’t have to wait too long - it’s a fast turn around. And while you wait, the waiting room is lovely and comfortable and they have coffee! Also their online scheduling and portal is user-friendly. I also have used them in the past for mammograms - so much better than other places I have been to! Less pain.

Two of the three front desk workers were wearing AirPods and watching tiktoks on their phones. I had to get their attention for them to check me in. My appointment was at 11 and after 30 mins I asked them if they had checked me in and the front desk said they were having technical difficulties with the CT machine. I asked how long and they told me I was next. Unfortunately for me I was not; they took in several people before me, even people who just walked in. I didn’t want to be rude bc i know it’s not the front desk fault. It’s just frustrating, when you make an appointment to be seen and it completely disregarded. After waiting an hour, they finally called me and then told me I needed to drink contrast and it would take another hour for it to reach my colon. Honestly they could have just given it to me in the lobby so I wouldn’t have to wait another hour. When I called to schedule my appointment , they told me it wouldn’t take too long. I waited a whole hour to even be seen and I came 30 minutes early for my appointment. Also it wasn’t just me there was another patient as well who after and hour and a half decided to get her refund and leave. Anyways I recommend SimonMed Imaging. They take a lot of insurances and I was seen quicker. Next time I’ll probably go there instead. But the facility is super clean and aesthetically appealing. It’s nice just make sure you’re free for the day.
