If I could leave zero stars I would. After a year and a half of calling and calling to dispute an MRI, I finally received an email stating I am responsible for paying for an MRI they took of the wrong area I went for. I even stated the reason I was there was for my left jaw TMJ and they did a brain and sinus scan that doesn't even show the area I went for. I didn't realize this until I went to a surgeon and he told me. Now I have to go back and have the MRI done again and pay for it twice! I will not be returning or using them anymore. Now I know why there is a "press 3 for attorney" option when you call. Even if the doctor called it in wrong, I stated the reason I was there before they started and that was the time to tell me the MRI wouldn't show this area.

I wish they would get my billing correct , once and for all . I had to waste over 35 minutes with billing department inregards 2 my insurance not being filed correctly constantly. Why ??? as per the billing office they filed my secondary insurance Medicare as the primary instead of my Cigna as the primary to begin with because it will reject it with other insurance if it does not get done this way . Get it together people . You should be grateful that my husband makes sure I have insurance to begin with ., apparently this was from a bill from last year ? for date of service jan 2025 ?????never received a paper bill just a text today ????after almost a year . and I am freaking out thinking am I gonna go into collections as I work very hard 2 make sure my credit is not being affected I. any way shape or form . and Cigna does timely settles stuff normally pretty efficiently once presented . This is on them for not filing this correctly 2 begin with for their payment delay .

The 2nd time since 2021 I had gotten my mammogram done-the last place i went in 2021 the tech was very rough with my chest so i never went back. This place is beyond gentle-Love it! The techs name is Missy and I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND her! I think she understands and the process was quick.

I had a wonderful expirience today at Premier Radiology at Brentwood heart. I was scheduled for an MRI and was running late. I called to let them know, the were so kind to still work me in. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Once my nurse came to get me she was very kind as well. She explained everything step by step and made sure I was comfortable on the MRI table. The Gentleman who was talking to me giving me prompts to breathe was also very kind and explained things to me ahead of time so that I was ready. I usually am claustrophobic in MRIs..but I was at peace in this one and almost went to sleep. That is a result of the very kind and calm disposition of the amazing staff and it put me at ease. Thank you all for a wonderful expirience today😊
