Calm and welcoming atmosphere. The soft, relaxing music in the lobby makes you feel at ease right away. Dr. Najafi is incredibly thorough and has a very gentle bedside manner. He takes his time explaining everything and makes sure all your questions are answered without ever rushing you. You truly feel cared for here. I highly recommend Harmony Medicall!

Horrible customer service. They seem most interested in getting you in the door to maximize billing to insurance, not about patients in real need. I guess that's why one of their phone options is "are you calling from a lawyer's office "

So many great things to say about the Doctor and his staff. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Doctor really took the extra time to understand my diabetic condition and jumped into action to put me on a healthier path. And the office is so well designed with a relaxing atmosphere.
