Today was the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. The woman dug at my arm, which was painful to say the least. Then she tried a different area and I'm pretty sure she punctured my vein as it almost immediately swelled up to a ridiculous size. I can only imagine what my poor arm is going to look like tomorrow. This was also the first time I didn't request an experienced phlebotomist. Note to self!

Worst place to get a blood test. Nurses don’t want to work there, they collect patients in the waiting room and don’t take any one for a long time, they just sit in their rooms without patients. Last time I was waiting about an hour to be seen, however, there was only one person in front of me when I came, eventually I left without procedure.

They LOST my specimens (5 of them). The girl at the computer told me, after she entered my information, to leave them in the bag on the counter behind her computer. I even questioned those instructions and she said yes leave them there. They are lost. No supervisor to contact. No phone number that isn't corporate to talk to a real person. Back to AHN; they've never lost anything.

Won’t come back to this location. Came and the person drawing blood didn’t know abbreviations for standard blood work came back the next day and I came to the back then was told to go back in the waiting room so they could print my script just come back in 2 minutes later. Stated she doesn’t work this location, made absolutely no sense.

My visit to the laboratory was terrible. The phlebotomist was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me as if I had intruded into her personal space rather than visiting a medical facility. The blood draw was performed in a rough and improper manner. She punctured my vein incorrectly, and my blood did not flow as expected. Following the procedure, I experienced significant pain in my arm and developed a large bruise. On the third day after the visit, the bruise was still clearly visible. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this laboratory.
