I had used NER in Brewster for years, and always had adequate care. That office closed, and I recently had a CT coronary calcium score, then a series of MRIs done at the 67 Sand Pit, Danbury facility. The office staff is very helpful and warm. I Had an issue with my allergy to Gadulinium contrast dye, and Shaun, the nurse/paramedic on staff did an extraordinary job of making sure that we correlated info from my doctor, the doctor on staff at NER, and made sure that I followed their specific protocol to minimize any chance of another allergic reaction. His concern, care and follow through put my very anxious mind at ease, I had no reactions, remained calm, and Nathan, who did my imaging made sure I managed the scan with no anxiety from my clostrophobia, comfortable throughout. Brianna also did a wonderful job and answered my questions effectively during my CT scan. Excellent staff from receptionists, Dr, Lee (sp?), imaging techs, and especially Shaun. Thank you all, I will never go anywhere else for medical imaging. Sincerely, Bruce Lyon

If I could give 10 stars, I would⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had to reschedule 2 times because of the snow. They made it so convenient to fit into my time schedule. Had an MRI done, Joe the technician doing the MRI was phenomenal! He made me feel comfortable from start to finish. He talked to me during the MRI telling me timing on each session and to make sure I was ok. It was in a trailer outside which I was a little skeptical at first, but actually ended up being the most comfortable MRI I have ever had done. I asked for my results and Joe assured me someone would call the same day, sure enough by 1:00 pm the nurse called with the results and even emailed them to me. Thank you Northeast Radiology you are the best! 🥰

My granddaughter needed an MRI with contrast. The office cancelled and rescheduled the appt several times. Even changing locations. My granddaughter is very afraid of needles, but was premeditated and felt she could do this. She related to me that the radiologist, Dr. Lee, walked into the room, did I introduce himself, just put a drape p er her back and head and proceeded to try to do the Injection. If he had shown just a little empathy for someone so frightened, explained what he was going to do, she would have been ok. But he just rushed in and out like he was more important than the patient. That being said, all of the technicians were kind, friendly and understanding. Dr Lee should take an example from the staff. I would hesitate to there again if I needed to be seen by him.

I made an appointment with their call center thinking I was calling their new Danbury location. It turns out their call center employees work from home. The person had scheduled me in the wrong location. When I made it at the correct location the front desk person grumpily informed me I did not have a referral and I was supposed to bring one. My cardiologist sent it 3 times over the last 3 weeks and another 2 times when I was waiting there. The front desk person was not interested in helping and very reluctantly called my cardiology office which led to me waiting for another hour till I called my cardiologist while he was seeing patients and wasted his time to text me a copy of the referral. I spent 90 minutes waiting for 5 minute appointment and no one was really interested in helping me till I just helped myself. I am a doctor as well and I know how this is supposed to work. Very very disappointed!! I will never use them again.

Northeast Radiology has been my chosen imaging facility for many years. While I’ve primarily been to their Brewster and Mt. Kisco Offices, yesterday was my first time visiting their Danbury location. The building is quite large with somewhat limited parking. Walking in, I appreciated the accessibility of the automatic doors and while this is a large building, the office was easy to find. Overall, the office itself is a nice size. The woman checking me in was quite pleasant, quickly got me started on paperwork, and was helpful in answering my questions. I was taken in just a few minutes after my appointment time, which was helpful given how nervous I was. Both of the radiology techs were pleasant and I was done with my appointment in under an hour. As always, I’ll continue to thank the speed of the radiologists. My appointment finished around 9:30am and my results were promptly posted to the portal my lunchtime. I’m incredibly happy with how my visit went on Monday and can’t thank the patience of the schedulers enough for securing me a sooner appointment. In terms of imaging, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
