Unfortunately I had good experiences in all my sessions up until my last one. In my last session my legs were extremely hot immediately after the session and they said to keep an eye on it and to email them to let them know if it didn’t go away. The next day I had visible burns on both of legs all over, so I reached out (couldn’t find their email anywhere on their site so had to call and get it). They had me send photos and their response was to simply keep the spots moist and stay out of the sun, so I did. Fast forward 4 months and I now have white scars covering the entire front of my legs. I reached out and followed up about this more than once to see if there’s anything that can be done and I never got a response. Seems they don’t care now that they’ve gotten their money out of me. I’m pretty upset that instead of hair, I now have permanent visible scars on my legs. Also, the hair isn’t permanently gone. All areas still require me to shave every two weeks. It’s not a miracle, so don’t trust that you will have permanent hair removal and I don’t think it’s worth the risk of getting burnt and scarred after spending all the money I did. Proceed with caution.

I came to ideal image last year and paid for cool sculpting services. It was very expensive. I was supposed to have several sessions. On my last session, the nurse said it looked like I might have a slight umbilical hernia, she said out of safety she could not finish treatment without a doctor's clearance. I saw a doctor who told me a had a very small umbilical hernia. He said surgery was optional, as it was very small. The doctor said it would not cause a problem to finish my cool sculpting sessions. He wrote a note for clearance. I went back again for my treatment with the doctors note and told they would still not treat me until I had surgery to correct the hernia. I had surgery. I went back again several months later with a new doctor note clearing me for the procedure, I was again turned away, saying I had to wait a year. They told me my treatment would not expire and that I could come back in a year. Its been a year this week. I called and am now told that my treatments are expired and that a new company bought them. They said they will not honor the contract, even though the name on the building and website still says ideal image. I'm sure they still have current clients. They will not provide the treatment I paid for, nor will they refund the money for the treatment I did not receive. Buyer beware DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!!

You can’t make this up! Of course, every business has sales goals, but to hand a new customer an iPad with an active employee chat detailing how many services you need to push on customers was pretty unbelievable. I definitely felt like a sucker! As soon as I got into the room, the sales tactics began. Now, is this service for my own good or because you have a sales quota to fill? On top of it all, the “nurse” technician came into the room wearing a black scrub top, and when she turned around, white pet hair was all over it! So much for cleanliness! I really couldn’t believe my first experience with Ideal Image. Not ideal at all… but I had some laughs.

Nothing but great experiences every time i come to my appointments at Ideal Image in Rochester. Nurse Cym did my Botox treatment and she is the best!! She makes me feel so comfortable at every appointment. She is extremely informative and compassionate. Shantel also helped with my laser appointment and she was great too. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Shantel gave me an incredible facial and did outstanding work on my first lip filler treatment. I was a little nervous since it was my first time, but she was so kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be returning to her in the future.
