Worst company ever! I had Frankie as my rep, and he made up every excuse in the world on why im still waiting on my chair. Oh, let’s not mention I am STILL waiting for my chair and it has been 7 to 8 months. I had to go into the office just to get someone to look into the account and see what Frankie said was a lie. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If you are in need of anything, just be prepared to wait up to a year or hear every excuse in the book. I am highly disappointed in this company I believe some of these reviews are fake. Take it from someone who is currently working with the company and still has not received the 1 item I requested last year. This is a disgrace and it makes a bad name for the whole company! I hope they find better people who actually take their job serious.

Stay away from Reilable Medical they do not care if you get service or help. I had Frankie who acted like he cared until after I purchased a new wheelchair. I also gave him a list of new wheelchair parts that I needed because the parts that came with the chair would cause wounds. He had never ordered the parts or always made excuses that he forgot or the paperwork got messed up. There were several time that I called him and the company and never got a return phone call and still have never have received a return call. It has been several weeks. I had to call a worker in Minnesota to try to get some assistance. She copied me on several email that she sent to the manager of the Indianapolis office and Frankie and neither have ever made contact. I have sent several pictures and videos of issues with my current wheelchair that they sold that need to be repaired. I know all wheelchair companies dont care about the patients except how much money the can get out of their insurance companies. It is sad that a company doesn't even return calls after they get your insurance money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

We were told that the wheel chair would be covered by Medicare. After we received the wheel chair I started receiving bills for rental of a wheel chair. I called and was I formed that Medicare didn't cover the full price. I paid the remaining balance so we would not be getting g monthly bills. The month after I paid it off I get another bill so I called again and they said to disregard the bill. A month later I get a past due notice tried to call a third time waited on hold for 5 minutes and then had to leave my name and number. Called back againaftermorethan 10 minutes on holdI hung up. During the time since we got the wheel chair I get phone calls sometimes twice a week wanting to make sure everything was working OK. I would not recommend Reliable Medical.

Frankie has been awesome arranging repairs, loaners ,etc. He teaches me practical points to safely manage and position my wheelchair with in the vehicle. When he leaves my home I am always confident with my posture and aware of procedures that must occur . He is good at communicating. Thank you Frankie!!!
