The tires on my son's wheelchair were dry rotting. I researched replacing just the tire part of the wheel but I am 78 years old and I didn't think I could do it. Also needed someone who could do the work with my son not being without his chair and my not having to transport it anywhere. Kumar at Midwest D.M.E. was fantastic. We discussed my issue and decided it would be best to order the entire wheels and then they would come to my house to install them. He immediately placed the order last Monday and the wheels were installed today. Kumar's follow up is exceptional. He kept me well informed. If needed, I will definitely call them again!

Brian came to my shop and repaired my equipment quickly and for a fair price. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and worked his expertise for a fair price. He made time in his schedule for a simple repair to my autoclave that got us fully up and running. This us a small businesses, not a referral service, and I support small businesses whenever possible. Thank you Brian for hooking us up. I'll definitely call again if I need service and will recommend to my associates and friends!

I had multiple surgeries on my left foot this week and was discharged from the hospital yesterday. At home, I struggled with the walker I had, feeling hopeless about the next two months. The lack of mobility and the discomfort of my bed setup left me extremely depressed. Desperate for a solution, I decided to look for a wheelchair and came across this place. Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first, but then I met Amarji, the president/owner. What an incredible person! He was compassionate about my situation, truly understanding what I needed, and very knowledgeable about what I might need. He not only offered me a great deal but went above and beyond with an outstanding deal. I ended up renting three items: a wheelchair, a scooter, and an amazing recliner. When Amarji learned that I urgently needed these items, he personally made sure to deliver them to my home within an hour—literally. Once everything was set up, I felt like a new person. I’m now ready to embrace my recovery journey, and I can’t thank Amarji enough for his exceptional service and professionalism . I’ll definitely be returning to this store for more items, especially for my son with special needs.

Great experience. Easy to rent from. Not bombarded with deposits. Called to see if we could rent they said yes came in paid and picked up. No problems with mobility scooter ran beautifully throughout . Return just as easy. Totally recommended for great service and reliability!

I had a great experience at Midwest. My mom’s walker was not opening and locking properly. She was in the car with me and she was upset because she couldn’t use it to go into a store. I called Midwest from my car and explained the problem. They said bring it right over. Their parking lot was very manageable. Easy to get their office on first floor. Both the owner and the other employee were so quick to help us. Took the walker and fixed it right away. Helped ease my mom’s frustration. They have a great supply of wheelchairs, scooters too. My mom also found a great tray for her walker and last time found a good knee brace. It’s so nice to have personalized one on one help. These are people who genuinely care about you. Highly recommend.
