This company embodies every aspect of customer service. You can tell they care about what they do and the people that they help. They don’t hesitate to provide last minute service either! I ordered a recliner and knee scooter at 10:30am and they were both delivered by 2:30pm!! They deserve 6 stars

I have been a customer of Chattanooga Mobility for many years now. I have purchased Victory Scooters, lift for the scooter for the back of my truck, a lift chair and numerous smaller items. You will not find better prices, selections or most important, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly people within 100 miles.

I absolutely can not say enough GOOD THINGS about this company and staff. From answering the phone through the whole process of installation it was a very pleasing experience. Have had our stairlift about a month WOW!! what a great product. Wish you could rate 6 stars instead of just 5. THANKS Chattanooga Mobility.
