Reposting from 8 months ago….. I have worked with this group. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I would leave negative 8 million stars. I have worked with different mobile imaging companies through various facilities. What I have been told by representatives with this company today is there are not enough staff to complete imaging requests, therefore my STAT imaging hadn’t been completed 18 hours after ordering it. I personally ordered a STAT exam yesterday and it was not done overnight, I called Mobile Images today and was told “it hasn’t resulted yet”….several more hours passed. It is now 12pm. I called back, was transferred to QMX and told the imaging hasn’t even been completed and they have no ETA. (They partner with Quality Mobile) Hire this company if you would like delay in care for your patients that could lead to serious complications and even death!!!!!! OUR PATIENTS DESERVE BETTER 😭😭😭

Leslie came out took images for my sister, who also has vascular dementia. I want to say how friendly, easy going and professional Leslie was. My sister was anxious but Leslie was able to calm her with just her outgoing personality. My sister Judy kept saying afterwards how nice Leslie was. We need more people like Leslie in the world. Mobile imaging is the place to call .thank you so much.

I want to give a kudos to John And April I think her name is. Very pleased with their service. Thank you mobile imaging! I might have a new calling. I have been a X-ray tech for 26 years. Pretty cool!
