I went in today to purchase an item to prepare for an upcoming surgery.... the staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. They knew exactly what I needed. We talked after the sale and they wished me well in my recovery. The owner was sooo personable and kind. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was smooth. I won't purchase from anywhere else.

The order was placed with this company on a Monday. We received our equipment two days later and T.C. George was courteous, patient, very intuitive and made this experience one we won’t forget. Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Mrs. Tracy, the Customer Service Representative,was very helpful in assisting me with ordering my Mother's medical equipment, and Mr. George, the Delivery Courier, was very punctual and most helpful with assembling the equipment; and he did it all with a smile.
