I'm leaving a neutral star review as I have not used their services, but if they treat patients as reckless as they drive, I'll refuse services through them. Was coming down 28 West today headed for work when Unit 2 pulled out into oncoming traffic, and as I attempted to switch to the fast lane to go around them, they switched lanes without use of turn signal in front of me and proceeded to drive fifteen miles under the limit through Air Base until they turned onto Hwy 1 and I was able to go around them. As a former EMT, I can understand cautious driving with speed limits, but pulling out into oncoming traffic and failure to use turn signals is just blatant disregard for the safety of others, especially outside of transport.

Never do business with this company. They do not care about the elderly. Med express why would an elderly, disabled lady outside at the wrong house for over 2 hours?
