As a 20-year cancer survivor, I have been to more doctor offices than I can count, and this was by far one of the best medical experiences I have had. The staff was far beyond kind and courteous, which made for a wonderful day in a critical medical situation. They handled all paperwork and billing without any difficulties. It was a very enjoyable visit.

Went in for MRI of my brain. Receptionist was super sweet, and they got me back quickly. Techs were very professional and attentive! The results were posted quickly. Thank you guys for making the process as easy as possible!

The ladies at the front desk were very sweet. As my boyfriend went back for his MRI I sat in lobby and over heard them helping the other patients as they came in. They were so patient and sweet to all the others coming in. They are efficient but still make you feel important and valued. We were also running late because we live out of town but they did all the could to fit us in. 10/10 service!

This was our first visit to this diagnostic imaging location and we were very pleased at the experience. Parking was convenient. The staff was extremely personable and helpful. They explained everything perfectly from the initial paperwork to the imaging process, and the expectations of getting results. My daughter was getting an MRI to due to an ankle injury and the staff were very compassionate and considerate to her while she was alone and in an MRI for the first time. I sat in the small dressing room and could hear them talking to her and ensuring she was ok, and telling her what was happening, and even played music. My daughter came out as if she had taken a nap! Only think I could suggest is to offer some feedback to building custodial services. Unsure how often they come in, but the large window sill looking out over plaza had lots of tiny dead bugs and the little dressing room had lots of tiny shards of paper on the carpet. Nothing gross, just notable for us likely being one of first appointments of the day. It did nothing to distract from the amazing service.

Went for an annual mammogram. Parking is easy, and they have reserved parking for customers, all though those were full when I was there. It was a bit confusing as to where the office was located in reference to the parking structure. They are in the same building as the library, but to the east of the library itself. There are two elevator banks, you want the ones behind the security desk, NOT the ones to your left. Diagnostics is on the 2nd floor to the right. Staff was polite, friendly, and professional. As I was simply there for a mammogram, the turn around time was very quick - about 20 minutes.
