Unpleasant customer service, I got a missed phone call from this number, returned the phone call before I was even able to ask any questions to find out who exactly they were, the customer service representative just hung up instead of listening to any questions that I had about what the phone call could’ve been about.

These folks are really the only ones in the Knoxville area providing mobile imaging. They are super responsive and can come into patients' homes and get images that would otherwise be impossible to get for folks who are bedbound or homebound. Thanks for the great work!

I have worked with this group. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I would leave negative 8 million stars. I have worked with different mobile imaging companies through various facilities. What I have been told by representatives with this company today is there are not enough staff to complete imaging requests, therefore my STAT imaging hadn’t been completed 18 hours after ordering it. I personally ordered a STAT exam yesterday and it was not done overnight, I called Mobile Images today and was told “it hasn’t resulted yet”….several more hours passed. It is now 12pm. I called back, was transferred to QMX and told the imaging hasn’t even been completed and they have no ETA. (They partner with Quality Mobile) Hire this company if you would like delay in care for your patients that could lead to serious complications and even death!!!!!! OUR PATIENTS DESERVE BETTER 😭😭😭

My mother in law is in a nursing home, a STAT X-ray was ordered 8 hours ago, I was told the turn around time for a stat X-ray to be completed and read was 5 hours! 3 hours ago they were called and said they would be there in 2 hours and here it is 3 hours later and still no show! The nurse has called them twice and now was told they would call her when they are on their way!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!
