It’s the worst when your doctor only works with Premier Radiology, because all of the locations provide the same horrible experience. I arrived a half hour prior to my appointment time at 10:30 to check in, like mentioned on my confirmation texts. I wasn’t even checked in until 10:27 and I had to go up to the front desk and mention now is my appointment time. I then wasn’t even brought back for my scan until 11:17. No apologies for being that late or running behind, literally nothing. The MRI tech I had is the reason I am giving an extra star instead of 1. She deserves to work at a place that fits her abilities and kind bedside manner. She was extremely sweet, talked me through my whole scan, and made sure I knew I wasn’t alone in the machine. Besides her, the front desk, is absolutely atrocious.

Kirsten was so helpful. My Drs office forgot to send the order and schedule my appointment. She took care of everything and got me on the schedule so that I could have my procedure the exact time that I was told my appointment was scheduled. Best customer service ever!

Pam, the tech who did my mammogram, was wonderful. She was so gentle and professional, and she really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She turned a usually stressful appointment into a positive experience.

I don't know who did my mammogram Jan 7, 2026 in Mt Juliet but she did not have to make it so painful! That's exactly why I stay away from mammograms! I told her it hurt and she gave it one more crank. I felt punished. And her attitude was not friendly at all. I've had mammograms that don't hurt. So I know it can be done!! Smashing breasts like that has to cause damage! And it was totally unnecessary!!! I won't go back.

Uninsured, wanted to pay $100, the "sweet" lady said,( older than the 2 ladies in the front) uninsured? You have to pay the total or half.... great paying record! Ill reschedule the app at another facility, for sure! Its not free, they're paid by the patients, just remind her, please! Its not my first visit to this facility but my first bitter experience!
