Ran into this “gentleman” representing the company at John Vance. Was incredibly rude, shouted at the staff who tried to politely let him know she was with a customer (me) and would assist momentarily, continued to try to line jump (though he was next) by just talking to her repetitively, helped himself to their neatly stacked client papers on the service desk, proceeded to make a call regarding his bill in the small service office. Overall, he acted as though he were the only person on the planet in a hurry. Glad I don’t need an X-Ray, but if I did I probably wouldn’t call this company.
