Quick services I got a mammogram. I've never had a bad experience here. The billing department have worked with me in the past. The lady's upfront are all very nice and helpful.

Went here with an appointment.Following the instructions I arrived 1/2 hr. early. The staff was pleasant and I sat in the waiting room with a few other people.. My appointment time came and went, people arriving after me came and went, and there I sat. I am a patient person but after an hour past my appointment time, I politely asked when I was going to be seen. I was assured that I was on the list. Long story short, after being called to the back, I sat for another 1/2 hr. In a hospital gown while 2 other people that came in long after me got seen. Finally 2 1/2 hours after arriving, for a 15 minute MRI, I was seen. Poor appointment management at best. I rarely leave a bad review but this one is richly deserved.

Got checked in and called back very quickly. Everyone was really nice. Convenient to my location. I would recommend you go if you live near it. Update to my review: I got my mammogram on the 23rd and am still waiting for results. I called, and they gave me a fax number to call my old provider, but they can't fax images. They send those electronically or mail a disc. Keep in mind that I made the appointment in August and gave them the previous place where I had a mammogram so they could get the comparisons way ahead of time. So here I am having to have the disc mailed to me, and this will turn into a long process which should have been taken care of before I arrived at the clinic in October. So, I probably will not be a returning customer. I will just go elsewhere. Also, I was on hold for a long time. I just hung up. I feel like it shouldn't be my responsibility to jump through hoops to get basic stuff done.

Staff members are great, Everything over all is fine It's just the same old potatoe Smasher machine. Hasn't changed not one freakin bit. Also it's very clean too. Later..
