And they called them sellf professional mechanics I could not get anyone out to change the oil filter on a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis the oil filter is damaged from a screwdriver they told me they didn't want to be responsible for trying to take the oil filter off. How can you be a professional service if you can't even take off a oil filter, not only that I sent them a picture of the oil filter the day before my appointment so the next day which is when my appointment was I didn't even get a callback from the mechanic saying he couldn't make it, it was the day after my appointment that I got a call back and it was from someone at the main office that told me that the mechanic didn't want be responsible for fixing the oil filter, or lack of trying to come out and fix the oil filter so what kind of professional business is this???

We all understand stuff happens but this is completely unprofessional for them to cancel LAST minute 3 days in a ROW. They will charge you if you're the one that cancels in less than 24-48 hours but they think it's okay for them to cancel 3 times. I have taken off work and rearranged my schedule for nothing.
