My daughter had an appointment at 11 and Natalie asked if it could be moved to 12 and that didn't work and I told her that, I was there at my appointment time and she tells me she won't be there til 11:50 after I told her that wouldn't work!! I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refuses to let me!! So now I drove 45 mins and wasted gas because they don't care to be on time but expect the clients to be and just wait on them, I finally spoke the the joke of a supervisor Ian Kelly and he wasn't any help! He just said things come up as if my daughters appointment didn't matter
