Alex the advocate! It’s not often you find and advocate who is efficient, compassionate and through. Alex from Neurodynamics is that person. The ongoing delays and challenges from my insurance was handled well by Alex to ensure all my benefits were addressed. He has been nothing but professional, while trying to obtain as much information as he can to fight the carrier for justice on this pending bill. I went through a periacetabular osteotomy (PAO) which required nerve monitoring as my hip bones were being cut, and insurance declined covering this medically necessary procedure. There's a reason why Alex Garvin has such glowing reviews as I am another patient who benefited from his efforts to fight my insurance and appeal. I appreciated his time, kindness, and reassurance during my recovery. The doctor who conducted my nerve monitoring was also very sweet and met me at pre-op where she informed me of what to expect. I'm extremely grateful I did not have serious nerve damage from this invasive surgery. Overall a great experience with Neurodynamics and their team. Thank you so much! They really are experts in looking out for your nerves (including the ones stimulated by insurance issues)!!!

This company deserves 10/10 stars. In March of this year our 4-year-old daughter underwent emergency brain surgery to remove a large tumor. Neurodynamics monitored her closely during the surgery and helped make sure she came out of surgery with minimal complications. Which she did, thank goodness. Months later, as the bills started flooding in, Neurodynamics Administrator Alex Garvin went above and beyond for us. He caught an issue with insurance billing before we even did. He continued to personally assist us with making an appeal to correct the issue. Which is something we wouldn't even know where to begin doing if we didn't have his help. Alex is honestly a breath of fresh air through, what probably is, the hardest time of our lives. If there is one company you can trust in the medical industry, it's this one. We are so thankful for everything they have done and continue to do for us.
