These guys literally have no idea what's going on, or what they are doing. Do better. I'm now sorely lacking for life saving medications and just waiting around to die

I cannot believe how limited and unhelpful HPN-HMO insurance is. Simply because I’m enrolled in this plan, I’ve been given restricted access, minimal support, and no real assistance in finding care. Within just two weeks of using this insurance, I’ve had to advocate for myself repeatedly. I’ve never, with any other insurance, been forced to see my primary care physician multiple times just to obtain multiple referrals because no one would help me find the correct specialist. Trying to see a specialist under this plan is nearly impossible. Every ENT listed under HPN-HMO is either “too booked” or “too busy.” I have explained to multiple ENT offices that my case is time-sensitive - I am actively losing my hearing due to severe earwax impaction - and yet not a single ENT will see me before July or August. That is unacceptable. Being told to wait months while your hearing continues to deteriorate is not healthcare. It is neglect. Despite clearly explaining the urgency of my condition, I was offered no alternatives, no expedited options, and no support. The ENT providers listed under HPN-HMO simply refuse to see patients when they actually need care. Why even offer this insurance if patients cannot access specialists when medically necessary? Delayed care like this is exactly how people end up with permanent or life-changing medical issues. Paying $150 per month for an insurance plan that blocks access to specialists and leaves patients to fend for themselves is ridiculous. I would strongly discourage anyone from choosing HPN-HMO unless you’re prepared for delays, endless referrals, and little to no timely medical care.

people if la Vegas be aware that this plan is big scam for the poorly people that have Obama care Medicaid no is big problem to get the medication people need we have to begging to get the medication doctor wants my wife take because she's take other medications and don't help but health plan of Nevada make my doctor gets desperate because all the month of January the plan makes the doctor fill and fill paperwork to get this medication to cost 37 dollars now is going to be a nightmare get medication we going to looking for better plan un las Vegas nv. if you guys are on health plan of Nevada don't permit this plan abuse of our Medicaid and our right to get this medicine also to getting espcialist for other important conditions are the same big hassle my doctor fired us because health plan of Nevada don't pay and now don't want to cover the medication i hope I find help on Medicaid and getting better plan that halp us to pay for important medications this plan is terrible bad customer service im hope if we do something together we make this abuse go away Molina health plan have better coverage and better doctors people don't permit more abuse of health plan of Nevada

I have a plan with this company and I can not login online to pay my monthly premium. I keep getting an error. There is no support email to contact this company. just like a government program, broken, does not work, they don't have a way to accept money and zero support. WORTHLESS.

Our health insurance premium doubled in the middle of the calendar year without notice. They claim to have sent 3 notifications by mail, which is a lie. A 100% increase without notice can't be legal. As soon as I can get new insurance for my family I will. Unethical business practices all the way. 10k deductibles. Barely covers any services.
