Professional Ultrasound Imaging

This experience wasnt great. The nurse that we seen was not nice. When I asked what they needed to do an x ray for. The nurse replied with well you can refuse it. It was a simple question. The doctor only seen my son for maybe 2 minutes. They treated a symptom but barely explained anything. I work in the Healthcare field. Communication is everything. After I left our pediatrician told us to go to vanderbuilt and we did. Alot better care there and communication. They actually looked for the problem. Some of the staff was nice not the staff that actually was supose to help my son.

Fantastic experience. I was surprised to see the MRI equipment was newer than my last MRI at St.Thomas Murfreesboro. Technical Staff was great. They were very thorough with their questions about my physical issues, often asking for more details for accuracy. I have not received that kind of treatment from the bigger hospitals in Nashville. Although, the HOSPITAL, across the street, Manchester Mefical Center, lacks the professionalism and quality care you would need. ( Thats a management issue from the tip down) Asention Medical Center, on the other hand, is well managed, and is surprisingly updated for a town with a bad reputation for medical care. I wouldn't hesitate to receive care from them at all. They have proven to me, that they take Healthcare seriously for their patients. A staff of great attitudes, who didn't treat me like my appointment was an inconvenience.

The ultrasound tech was very respectful, kind, and patient. She made whole process very easy. I used to work with her over at United Regional and she brought another lady we worked with over so we could visit for a minute. It was an overall great experience.

Everyone was very helpful and nice from front desk on back to radiology. The girl that did my ultra sounds was very sweet and personable and made it as comfortable for me as she could. The only problem I had was finding the right building. Not enough numbers on signs or buildings. Other than that I would recommend to anyone.

Everyone was super nice and quite thorough! Someone forgot to tell me not to eat before my HIDA scan so I had to come back the next day which is a 2 Hour Dr. each way for me. But they got me in pretty quick! And everyone was just great! I love the facility is clean and everybody seems to be on a mission and there’s not a lot of traffic in the halls. I didn’t have to wait for very long either!
