I haven’t personally received medical care here, but I recently spent some time at Pulse Urgent Care in Naperville and wanted to share my impression of the clinic and staff. What stood out immediately was how kind and welcoming everyone was. The staff interacted with patients in a respectful, calm, and genuinely caring way, which made the environment feel very comfortable. It’s clear that the team works well together and treats people with compassion. The clinic itself was also very clean and well-maintained. The space looked organized, professional, and clearly cared for, which says a lot about the standards they keep for their patients. Even just observing the atmosphere and how the staff treat people, it left a very positive impression. If the quality of care reflects the professionalism and kindness I witnessed, patients are in very good hands.

Had a really great experience at Pulse Urgent Care & Vein Center. The clinic was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Asmita Patel was kind and made my mom feel comfortable the entire time. All tests were done promptly, and we got the results in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend this place to anyone near Naperville!

A wonderful urgent care experience. The staff was pleasant and efficient - quickly taking me back, getting vitals, and seeing the physician. My provider, Amy Hansen, was warm, thorough, and explained everything to me clearly. My visit included lab work, and my provider called me 24 hours later to follow up and explain my results. I’ve never experienced such a kind and efficient urgent care process. I would recommend this as an urgent care location to anyone in the area!

This was one of the most pleasant and fastest experiences I’ve had when it comes to urgent care. The staff was so friendly and attentive. From the front desk, to taking vitals, and getting the prescription I needed—everything was so streamlined that I was surprised my appointment only took 10-15 minutes! I’ll definitely be coming back if my PCP doesn’t have immediate availability. Thank you to Dr. Monika and the Pulse Urgent Care team. I highly recommend coming here!

I’ve been here twice, and each time I received fast and attentive help. It made me feel really good, and I highly recommend this place. Everyone here is very friendly and patient. I’m glad this clinic is located near my home.
