Quality Medical Imaging Of Oklahoma

My grandpa was admitted here after being unresponsive and not breathing. DX with flu and bilateral pneumonia. Went visit him on the med surg floor and we had some of the worst care imaginable. I’m a nurse, so I tried to give the staff some grace. I know the job is hard. I know there’s too many patients and not enough staff; HOWEVER, there was no supplies in the room. no access to suction on the wall. the nurse “hooked him up to O2” and when his O2 was 82% on RA, left, and i had to turn the oxygen on because she never turned it actually on. Started him on an antibiotic, and never unclamped it. so again, i had to unclamp it. He looked miserable so I found a thermometer and took his temp. he had a fever, so i let the nurse know… they brought him tylenol 1.5 hours later and never took his temperature once. I expressed my concerns to the nurse and tried to be as kind as possible because I GET IT. I know what it’s like to be drowning and be needed in 5 places at once. but my goodness, this entire stay was a three ring circus and i feel like our needs weren’t met.

The nurses in the women’s center at AllianceHealth Durant were by far the best nurses I’ve ever had! They were kind, informative, professional, and attentive. The women’s center was calm, not overcrowded, and much more peaceful than the larger hospitals I gave birth at previously. I recommend checking them out if you’re pregnant!

The Nurses and staff are top notch. Kind , professional, personable . I had a heart attack and I have little doubt they saved my life Shout out to Ambulance workers who stood by me as they determined the ambulance tech was correct ! It's been 3 days and I might be going home tomorrow ! Up until this experience, I never recommended this hospital. But I will from now on , for acute care . My deepest gratitude to all who work there.

Everyone there was amazing and attentive. Dana and Ashleigh in the ER department definitely went above and beyond. You can tell when someone is sincere about their job and not just about getting paid. I really appreciate that. Ashley, Bella, Jed, Candace and Chelsea all on the 2nd floor were fantastic. I am sure I forgot a few names but I really appreciate every single person there. They took excellent care of me. Anyone that I interacted with on the 2nd floor were fantastic! Doctor Gordon is phenomenal. The nutrition staff who brought my meals were so kind and wonderful. It's been several years since I've been to this hospital and the last time was awful. They've really stepped it up.

Dr. Morgan and the nurses were all amazing. Haylee was the nurse in the room monitoring my vitals and let me tell you she was amazing in the way she made you feel safe and cared for. Sometimes just the touch of a hand says your safe here and that was her! I highly recommend this group. I also did not do sedation and Dr. Morgan was also great at making me comfortable. Thanks for everything ❤️
