I never received any service from this company, yet they’ve sent a bill I knew nothing about to collections. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete scam. Horrible experience.

Predatory billing practices. Never received a bill from them and now they are threatening to send a bill to collections I never even knew I had. HORRIBLE

Absolutely useless. Got a text message trying to collect payment but haven’t had any services. Called and all she could tell me was that I had to wait for the paper bill or click the link sent. She was no help at all.
