The staff at Charter was competent, efficient and kind. Before I even had my appointment, they worked diligently to have my procedure covered by insurance. This should have been the case anyway, but they worked hard to make sure it was covered. At charter., you are not a number you are a respected patient.

I attempted to get the soonest MRI and CT scans I could. I contacted 3 places, Advanced Radiology, Seton Imaging and Charter. Charter was the only one who gave me the impression they wished to care for me. It’s a fact that my insurance was a holdup but Charter persevered to get me pre-authorized. I had my scannings done 2 days ago. I have yet to hear back from either of the other two. They got me in quick, were courteous, pleasant and efficient. I was a patient to them, not a number.

Everything went smoothly from intake to exit. The staff is courteous and professional. The Columbia location was clean and comfortable. They played the Lo-Fi I requested while I was in the tube, so I was relaxed the whole time. I did a 10 minutes session, and a 40 minute session. The demeanor of the staff made me feel chill and ready to do it.

Excellent Customer Service! I was impressed how Charter Radiology in Columbia, Maryland responded to my request for an MRI. At the time of my reservation, I saw the available time slots were limited. I selected the least desirable slot which caused me to shut down my company. I called back only one day before my appointment to ask for a better slot. They booked me for a slot at 7:40 PM on the same day. This time was a win for me and a win for my company. During my visit, the Charter Radiology Team was fantastic. They were pleasant, caring, and very supportive of my needs during the MRI. They treated me like royalty. Kudos!

I was very pleased at how quickly and smoothly everything went. I completed paperwork given to me by a pleasant front desk person. The tech who took me for the scan was delightful, but also efficient. She explained the process clearly and made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. My report was complete the next day!
