Center of Illinois Home Healthcare should not be in business. I had a shoulder replacement and was only supposed to do one exercise that was in my doctor's orders. My therapist did not follow instructions and did exercises to me which damaged my shoulder and gave me a large hematoma. I ended up having 2 more surgeries and now I'm on antibiotics for life. The organization and or therapist covered up the exercises she did with me. I ended up with a lot of out of pocket money and need to worry about taking 500mg of antibiotics daily for life. They should not be in business and I recommend to stay away

The entire staff was very patient with our elderly mother and extremely knowledgeable. They had her up and walking in no time. The therapists were extremely professional and challenged her every day. They were definitely a key reason she recovered so quickly.

The staff is so unbelievably responsive and compassionate. Their reported outcomes under Medicare guidelines are the highest in the industry. If you live in or near Arlington Heights this is the BEST provider, period.

I have used Center of Illinois Home Health several times over the last 2 1/2 years. I have found their nurses and therapists to be very knowledgeable and thorough in their approach to patient care. They try to schedule me with the same PT, OT and nurses each time I need them, even when there ha been a long break between sessions. Partnership between the patient and therapists or nurses is encouraged. While I don't look forward to needing home health care, I do look forward to working with "my therapists and nurses".
