I did have a decent wait but they got me back within 10 minutes of my appointment. I just had to wait a while once I was back. They were quick and efficient. Would recommend :)

The facility was quick and efficient. They turned two requested procedures in to one. GREAT.!.! As for the outsourced appointment setters, not so good. Language barrier prevented me from understanding pre-procedure requirements. (I'm pretty sure I also heard a continuous dog barking during the appointment setup) I then phoned the facility to clarify pre-procedure instructions and was given clear instructions. I will still give 5 stars but please aim for fluent speaking appointment setters.

- Scheduling was easy, BUT - I was given conflicting information about my procedure. Scheduling said that my procedure was would be fine and the technician said I should have rescheduled - Some of the questions on the pre-procedure check-in are impossible to answer, but they can’t be skipped. Such as exact dates of procedures or events that were 30 or more years ago - I don’t appreciate being required to put my insurance card photos online. I don’t trust any online site to be completely tamper proof - The procedures I had done were done on time quickly efficiently and in a friendly manner, But the pre-procedure protocols need a lot of work in my opinion

This is tough, as the location itself was fantastic. However, the outsourced call center is atrocious and I have no other recourse to potentially get someone’s attention other than posting a negative review here. I am a large man at 6’4 300 pounds. I played football, lift daily, dabbled in amateur body building. I keep telling the overseas call center that I do not fit in a conventional or open MRI. I have used a larger MRI in the past at Simon Med Rome. I asked specifically to use that machine again at that location. The call center booked me for a regular size machine at the SimonMed Spectrum location assuring me it was the same. Upon arriving and seeing that it was a regular machine I refused to enter. Since these locations are over an hour drive for me it was a waste of my entire morning. Causing me to shift my entire schedule for nothing. I then called back to the outsourced overseas customer service department and specifically requested the larger MRI machine at the Rome Towers again. The representative told me that was booked out quite a ways, but that the same machine was available at the CopperPoint location. What a surprise, it is not the same machine. It is an open MRI that I again do not fit into. I am beyond disgusted with companies doing everything they can to save a dollar and outsourcing first line customer service to people who have no understanding of how we live or operate within the United States. Or, worse yet, they do understand and they simply do not care. This is a prime example of a company prioritizing profits over patients and I am beyond frustrated.

SCAM! I was referred here by my cardiologist to get a heart CT. The flyer he gave me said “no appointment necessary.” Walked in and was told to make an appointment for the following day. No big deal. While there, I gave them my insurance info. Went home and filled out the online forms I was sent via text msg, which again, asked for my insurance info. I provided it in the forms, including pictures of the card. When I arrived the following day, I was told to pay a “$100 cash price.” I asked if they checked with my insurance and the girl at the front desk said “did you provide us the info?” What?! Then she told me “most” insurances don’t cover the procedure, that’s why they offer the cash price. But, they never even checked. I asked if they can run the insurance and was told I would have to reschedule my appointment for at least another week out. My first appointment, they were happy to schedule for the following morning, but now that I’m asking them to run my insurance, I have to wait a week? This is a complete SCAM! This is an act of deterrence to avoid dealing with insurance companies so they can make a quick buck. I’m going to inform my referring cardiologist to avoid sending people to this racket. If you can avoid this place, I’d highly recommend you do. There are plenty of other imaging centers in the valley.
