I visited the Smoke Ranch location in December of 2025 and the staff at this location are hands down the best of any medical facility I have ever been to. From the front office, to the techs, to the billing department (Stephanie in particular). They are patient, polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Small office with great people. Each person was super nice and cared about what the concerns or questions each of the patients had. While waiting for my appointment to start, I witnessed their interactions. I have been to other radiology clinics in the city and the medical administration employees treated the patients horrible, this one had truly kind and caring employees regardless of the way the patient was dressed, if they had insurance or not, and what their primary language spoken was.

Everyone was very professional and so kind I go there all the time they treated me like family and everything was wonderful. They checked upon me to make sure I was comfortable and I will go there again again Matter of fact when I go to my doctors, I request that I go to them

Amazing place with great staff. I needed to get a bunch of work ups down before I had a surgery and they worked to get all my stuff done in a rapid period of time. Everybody was polite and great to work with. A+
