Strongly encourage others to use a different lab. The current Phlebotomist is rude, rough, rushed, and lacks any sort of people skills whatsoever. For some reason you have to walk your own samples through the lobby to her? She often becomes confused and misplaces samples, takes early lunch breaks/returns late, and refuses to take draws for a variety of reasons. I'm sure this job is demanding and can be stressful, but unfortunatley there is no excuse for the blatant incompetence.

I've been coming to this lab for years and had no trouble until the phlebotomist LaKesha was assigned to this location. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had multiple bad experiences with her, and even emailed the laboratory outreach manager Jeff Kinkead with my concerns and complaints. Today she refused me service and told me that I needed to leave because the system was down. She never brought me to the window, never asked for orders or even offer me to wait. She never addressed me by name or by sir. She simply told me she wasn't going to do my blood draw. This is unacceptable.

Very rude just horrible . People are already coming in there, not feeling good and having someone be super rude on top of it does not help me.

They never answer their phones. Staff is nice for the most part. Just wish they answered their phones because some of my blood test they can't do there and I have to run down to St. Anne's lab and they screw my labs up almost every time. So it would be nice to know before hand.

Not professional at all, lady at the front desk clearly has poor people skills. Very rude, wanted a personal specimen taken out in the lobby. Can we get some correction of this so others do not have to deal with inconsiderate people who should really find a job working alone.
