The procedure and professionals treated me well and performed my procedure very well. It’s the billing and customer service. I was overcharged and have spent days trying to g to contact customer service or billing, and never get a return call about insurance discrepancy. Not very professional or upfront about insurance billing.

My client had an appointment for a CT scan at 2:15. He was told to be there 30 mins before. We arrive at about 1:15 an hour before his appointment! He signed in as directed by the receptionist and we sat down and waited. He finally said something to a nurse and someone finally came out to give him the contrast at about 2:45. Now he has to wait another 30 mins before they take him for the scan. He has not had anything to eat yet today nor anything to drink since 10am. This is the worst experience for him. He is not happy and this is not fair to leave him waiting that long!!!!!!!

Called to get an MRI scan and staff answered fast and have flexible times. MRI was done on time and finished earlier than I thought. Staff is sweet and definitely recommend!

I was a bit nervous going to Longstreet Clinic for radiology because of bad service at the Longstreet hospital across the street, but the difference between the clinic and the hospital is like night and day. Rebecca was one of the people stationed at the entrance and I asked her if there was any way we could get the covid vaccine just walking in and she was able to get both me and my husband in without any problems due to cancellations. When I went in for the MRI the nurses were very attentive and polite. They took good care of me gave me a drink when I asked for one due to the painkillers drying my throat out etc. The MRI machine was one of the largest I had been in, and having a shattered spine, I have had many many trips to MRI machines all over north Georgia. It was about as great an experience as one can have in MRI machines and the staff were great. I'm sorry one of the other reviewer had such a bad experience, but my experience was fantastic... Great staff, large MRI, and one of the fastest scanning MRIs I have been in. To all the staff, especially Rebbeca who is a saint, thank you! 😃

I called and was placed on hold for 10 min. I waited 20 mins and called again. She asked if i would hold. I tried explaining no one came back to the phone on the first call. She kept saying repeatedly ok can you hold? Ok can you hold. Just ridiculous. Bad customer service at this facility. Can you say RUDE!!
