Try to call and make an appointment. They have you wait in line and give you a waiting Q, but once you are in Q 1 or 2, they tell you that you have exceeded their time limit and hang you up. You call again, still the same issue. I wonder when you will be able to talk to someone.

I wasn’t even able to get to their appointment call center. Every time when I get to the top of the waiting list, it said I am exceeding the wait time limit, which is about 10 mins., and the system automatically kicks me offline. This repeated 4 times. It wasted me over 40 minutes.

The service here is amazing; the best shoutout I can give is to an amazing person named Kaitlyn. She went the extra mile to thoroughly make sure my Dad had all his surgery appointments in fine order, including referrals, reports, and all the back and forth with insurance and other doctors. Everyone, including the doctors, here is amazing.

My appt is 11:30 I was there at 11:10. they ask me to be there 15 minutes before my appt. So I did what they ask for it. Late on The receptionist come out said I need to wait extra 10 minutes from my appt. I said ok. Then I waited until 12:30, still waiting this is not ACCEPTABLE! Please explain to me what's point to make appointment? People's time is money too. This is ridiculous! If you don't want to waste your time don't come here!! Worst place ever! If I can give no star I would do that! !

i agree the service is slow and I was the only patient? The 3-5 business days for x-ray results was also a bummer. I was told the tech was out to lunch luckily, I got there near the end of the lunch. The tech is a really nice guy, good at what he does and explained what he was doing . He and the other male front desk person are great and the sole reason I gave 3 stars as opposed to 1 or a 2.
